Mark Mendoza

Mark Mendoza is an American bassist born in 1956. His music career spans multiple bands and projects, with a notable stint as a member of the heavy metal band Twisted Sister. Mendoza joined Twisted Sister in 1978, bringing his bass-playing skills to the group after previously being a part of the Dictators.

In addition to his work with Twisted Sister, Mendoza has also played with other bands, including a brief period with Blackfoot in 1988 and collaborations with Leslie West. Beyond his band affiliations, Mendoza is a co-founder of Area 22 Productions, where he hosts a weekly podcast called 22 NOW. Through this platform, he continues to engage with the music community and share his insights and experiences.
