Michel Gugenheim is a prominent figure in the Jewish community, serving as the Chief Rabbi of Paris. In 2013, he took on additional responsibilities, assuming the position of interim Chief Rabbi of France. This transition occurred following the resignation of the previous Chief Rabbi, Gilles Bernheim.
