Gail Simmons

Gail Simmons is a Canadian food writer and cookbook author born in 1976. Her literary career has been complemented by her work in television, where she has become a prominent figure in the culinary world. Simmons has been a permanent judge on the Emmy-winning series Top Chef since its debut in 2006, and has also hosted and judged other culinary shows, including Top Chef Duels and Top Chef: Just Desserts.
