Eric Carmen

Eric Carmen was a renowned American singer and musician, active in the music field from the 1970s until his passing in 2024. Born in 1949, he initially gained recognition as the lead vocalist of the Raspberries, a band with which he released four albums and achieved significant success with the hit single "Go All the Way." His work with the Raspberries laid the groundwork for his subsequent solo career, which he launched in 1975.

As a solo artist, Eric Carmen achieved global recognition with a string of successful songs, including "All by Myself," "Never Gonna Fall in Love Again," "She Did It," "Hungry Eyes," and "Make Me Lose Control." In addition to his solo pursuits, he collaborated with other notable musicians, touring with Ringo Starr & His All-Starr Band. In 2004, Carmen reunited with his former bandmates to reform the Raspberries, revisiting his roots and entertaining fans once again with the music that initially brought him to prominence.
